MEET DAVID

David Greenwalt, LMT is a Flagstaff local and founder of Forged in Flow Healing. As a former firefighter and professional fighter, he spent years battling physical pain and trauma in high-stakes professions.Now, David is on a mission to heal others just like he healed himself. Through personalized integrative bodywork, he helps people release deep-seated tension, recover from chronic or acute pain, restore emotional balance, and reconnect spiritually.David specializes in Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Reiki, Wiley Waves Therapy, integrative bodywork including red light/near infrared therapy, and grounding practices.

MEET JOSIE

Josie, also a Flagstaff local who has worked extensively in health care from internal medicine, home health to hospice she sees the suffering other experience and is hoping to make a change in that through their work together in Forged in Flow Healing.When she is not working hard on their business 1 of None Custom Creations doing engraving or woodworking she is the administrator for Forged in Flow Healing.
